Purchase of a piece of original art from me does not constitute transfer of copyright, authorship or publishing rights. As such, all copyright, publication, and reprint rights for the art and story remain in the name of the copyright holder and author (Randy Reynaldo). Purchase of the physical original art does not grant the buyer the right to publish, reproduce, transmit, or reprint the work in quantity or in any form (i.e., print or digital) for the purpose of distribution, profit, or resale without the written consent of the copyright holder and author.
Permission is granted by the copyright holder and author for the reasonable fair use reproduction of the physical original art at the discretion of the buyer for the purposes of exhibition, display, or re-sale of the original art.
A Certificate of Authenticity and Transfer of Ownership Declaration and Conditions form that outlines the above terms in writing will accompany each sold item and sales receipt.
